01Information we collect
When you create an account with Waplo AI, we collect your name, email address and mobile number. When you connect a WhatsApp Business number, we process the messages exchanged through it so your AI agent can reply on your behalf.
We also collect basic usage data — such as message counts and feature usage — to operate, secure and improve the service.
02How we use your information
Your information is used to provide the Waplo AI service: to run your AI agent, deliver and receive WhatsApp messages, manage your account and billing, and provide support.
We never sell your data. We do not use the content of your customer conversations for advertising.
03WhatsApp & message data
Messages are processed to generate replies and are stored so you can view your chat history in your dashboard. You control your connected number and can disconnect it at any time.
AI replies are generated by our secure model service; message content is used only to produce the reply, not to train public models.
04Data sharing
We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to run the platform (for example, hosting, messaging delivery and payment processing), each bound to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
05Data security & retention
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
